Currently looking for a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant in Central Islip.
Must be reliable and hardworking.

Must have NYS certification for PCA & HHA's Must be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 Face mask required High School diploma or equivalent Recent physical (within the last 6 months) Two References (Professional) Positive and compassionate attitude
Responsibilities:
Must be able to read patient's plan of care Observe and monitor changes in patient condition Assist patients by providing personal services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, feeding, toileting etc.
Provide medication reminders Maintain a healthy and stable environment where both the patient and family feel safe Language:
English Bilingual Preferred Work Location:
Multiple Locations Personal Phone Usage at job is for emergency only.
