Job DescriptionExperienced Automotive Biller needed for large high volume dealership.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Auto Biller who wants for work with an industry leader.
He/she should have Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience and DMV knowledge, must know how to separate deals, must have at least one or two years of experience with a franchised car dealership, and must have a positive attitude.
Candidates should be reliable, dependable, and detail oriented with an excellent attendance record.
We offer a competitive starting salary and there is room for rapid advancement for an individual who is bright, energetic, and career minded.
Billers work a flexible schedule that includes some nights and weekends.
Salary commensurate with experience.

ResponsibilitiesBills all new and pre-owned retail and lease deliveriesVerifies the costs and transactions for each vehicle saleReceives and processes all paperwork from the F&I departmentPrepares tax and title documentsMaintains a police bookEnsures that all of the vehicle registration paperwork is properly processed and submittedHelps create and process leasing and loan paperworkProvides additional administrative support as neededEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standardsManages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.
