Talent Acquisition Specialist
In this role, you will use your broad knowledge and understanding of human resources functions to proactively source and recruit quality nursing candidates. You will manage all communications and relationships with potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct in-depth interviews to help determine the best professionals for employment, regularly assess the efficiency and effectiveness of our sourcing and recruitment strategies, and recommend ways to increase performance.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Developing recruitment, sourcing and pipelining strategies
Facilitating the development of strong, long-standing relationships between hiring managers and candidates
Leveraging understanding of the marketplace in order to assist hiring managers in setting realistic expectations of candidate skill sets and experience
Executing recruitment for complex professional, allied health, nursing and management level roles
Developing and implementing cost effective recruitment strategies for assigned departments using metrics and trend analysis to determine best applicant sources and maintain appropriate applicant flow
Participates in job/career events to promote the organization and evaluate potential candidates for nursing job opportunities
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 3 years of progressively increasing responsibility within Nursing Talent Acquisition or relatable experience. Executive presence and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion will be expected. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate and manage effective relationships with a wide range of individuals across the organization are a must

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
