Automotive Sales Representatives- EXPERIENCED- Atlantic Toyota

Requirements:
The ideal applicant will have 1-2 years of car sales experience with a porfolio
You must have a track-record of successful sales and high earnings.
You have not bounced from one sales job to the next.
You have an established following of satisfied customers who will look for you when it's time to buy again.
You are a strong closer.
You know your way around a computer and the sales process.
You have good people skills, motivation, enthusiasm, energy, a positive attitude, and drive.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and license/motor vehicle record check.
Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed
Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
Maintains accurate sales documentation
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Helps educate/train new staff members
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sales experience a plus (any industry)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
Must be a "people person" but still know how to control the deal
Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Basic computer and internet skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
