Automotive Finance Assistants Needed --Atlantic Hyundai/Nissan
The Atlantic Auto Group is the second largest privately owned auto dealership in the United States and one of the largest volume auto groups in northeastern U.S. Our Long Island-based high volume import and domestic auto dealerships are expanding and looking for new people to help take them to the next level. Our Atlantic Hyundai/Atlantic Nissan locations are looking to add F&I Assistant professionals to our sales teams in anticipation of the increased volume.
Requirements:
We'd prefer experienced F&I professionals but we are willing to train the right people. We are looking for people who appreciate a well-run organization with clearly defined processes who are looking to launch the next phase of their focused and successful careers. This job is 5 days per week, sales like schedule, days, evenings, and weekend shifts.
We want up-beat, motivated staff who are not just looking for their next job but want to grow with us.
We are looking to hire the best so we ask all applicants to take a drug test and to pass a background and driver's license checks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and standards
Provides timely and accurate reports as required
Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
Maintains accurate sales documentation
Attends all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others
High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred
Knowledge of the car industry is preferred
Must be able to move quickly in a fast paced environment

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
